About Carly
Dancing in the Rain Weddings and Events was founded in 2017 by Carly Jean Paul. Dedicated to her craft, she had built her company from the ground up in just a few short months! Carly spends her days working from her in-home office when she's not in the field working, or meeting new vendors to partner with. She is inspired by love, and is committed to creating the event of your dreams, so perfect it'll leave you dancing in the rain!
The Small Details
Carly grew up in Moorpark, CA, nestled in the heart of Ventura County. After moving to Los Angeles in 2013 to pursue her bachelors degree, she was crowned Miss Twin Counties 2014, serving both the Ventura and Los Angeles Counties, and her love for event planning bloomed. The planning bug bit hard after her first benefit concert, Songs for a Better World. Carly graduated school in 2017 and has since created Dancing in the Rain Weddings and Events, and couldn't be happier!
